Fruity Shakes


Im not a huge fan of milk so I definitely enjoy drinking my Visalus shakes with recipes that do not include milk. Here are two good ones you can try if you dont want to drink milk with every shake. I am going to do a review section of Visalus shakes soon so bookmark the site and check back soon!

Peach Banana:

  • 2 scoops Vi-Shape shake mix
  • 8-12 oz. Peach Orchard Punch (get at Walmart)
  • 3 strawberries
  • Ice. Blend. Enjoy!

Hawaiian Apple:

  • 2 oz. unsweetened apple juice
  • 4 oz. water
  • 2 scoops Vi-Shape shake mix
  • ½ cup unsweetened apple juice
  • 1/2 tsp. coconut extract
  • Ice (about 7 cubes). Blend.
