This is my new absolute obsession! I just made a big batch of these (they keep for a week or two in ziplocks) and will eat for breakfast or quick snacks when I dont have time or dont feel like cooking. These no bake energy bites are easy to make and very tasty! Try them with your visalus shake mix and start your New Years resolution off the right way! Be healthy and be happy in 2013! No Bake Energy Bites Recipe
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (I use my other osbession – PB2)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 2 scoops Visalus Shake Mix
- 1 tsp vanilla
Combine all ingredients and roll into balls. Chill and serve!
