It includes almond milk, the Vi Shake mix, cinnamon, vanilla, & banana flavor – very good! This is a good one to drink for breakfast! 2 scoops of Vi-Shape Shake Mix
1/2 cup of crushed ice
2 tablespoons vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon pudding mix (sugar free fat free)
Blend well and enjoy!!

8 oz. Skim Milk

3 tbsp. Unsweetened Apple Sauce
