I am obsessed with banana nut bread and Im so quick to bake a quick and easy pack of muffins then slap some butter on top but this shake is worth the effort and tastes soooo yummy! It includes almond milk, the Vi Shake mix, cinnamon, vanilla, & banana flavor – very good! This is a good one to drink for breakfast! Its better to have a low calorie protein shake that a artificial – fat filled breakfast. Makes such a difference in the way you will feel that day!

Thought I would share some more of my favorites! Yall know Im a huge PB2 fan but theyve stepped it up with the different flavors! Very good! You wont be disappointed! =) (ive linked to them on amazon.com … sometimes its harder to find in stores and amazon has cheaper prices)

Fruity Shakes

Im not a huge fan of milk so I definitely enjoy drinking my Visalus shakes with recipes that do not include milk. Here are two good ones you can try if you dont want to drink milk with every shake. I am going to do a review section of Visalus shakes soon so bookmark the site and check back soon!

Peach Banana:

  • 2 scoops Vi-Shape shake mix
  • 8-12 oz. Peach Orchard Punch (get at Walmart)
  • 3 strawberries
  • Ice. Blend. Enjoy!

Hawaiian Apple:

  • 2 oz. unsweetened apple juice
  • 4 oz. water
  • 2 scoops Vi-Shape shake mix
  • ½ cup unsweetened apple juice
  • 1/2 tsp. coconut extract
  • Ice (about 7 cubes). Blend.
