I am obsessed with banana nut bread and Im so quick to bake a quick and easy pack of muffins then slap some butter on top but this shake is worth the effort and tastes soooo yummy! It includes almond milk, the Vi Shake mix, cinnamon, vanilla, & banana flavor – very good! This is a good one to drink for breakfast! Its better to have a low calorie protein shake that a artificial – fat filled breakfast. Makes such a difference in the way you will feel that day!

These are some easy, simple, and super yummy Visalus Shake Recipes for you and even your kids to enjoy! Peach, lemon, and apple pie and some of my favorites! Try them today and check back often for new stuff! Im perfecting my homemaid protein bars now.. Will post soon!

Peach Shake Recipe:

Lemon Meringue Pie:

1 cup milk (skim, soy, or almond)

2 scoops of Vi-Shape Shake Mix

1/2 cup of crushed ice
2 tablespoons vanilla yogurt

1 tablespoon lemon pudding mix (sugar free fat free)
Blend well and enjoy!!

Add a Lemon Neuro packet for an energy boost!

Apple Pie Shake: (great dessert for kids!)

8 oz. Skim Milk

2 Scoops Vi-Shape Shake Mix

3 tbsp. Unsweetened Apple Sauce

2 tsp. Cinnamon

1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

1 tsp. Sugar Free Caramel Syrup

6 Ice Cubes

Blend and serve!
