Peach Shake Recipe:

Lemon Meringue Pie:

1 cup milk (skim, soy, or almond)

2 scoops of Vi-Shape Shake Mix

1/2 cup of crushed ice
2 tablespoons vanilla yogurt

1 tablespoon lemon pudding mix (sugar free fat free)
Blend well and enjoy!!

Add a Lemon Neuro packet for an energy boost!

Apple Pie Shake: (great dessert for kids!)

8 oz. Skim Milk

2 Scoops Vi-Shape Shake Mix

3 tbsp. Unsweetened Apple Sauce

2 tsp. Cinnamon

1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

1 tsp. Sugar Free Caramel Syrup

6 Ice Cubes

Blend and serve!

Just a little testimonial of how much I believe in Visalus Shakes and Body by Vi. My mom, who is a diabetic, recently had some medical trouble and spent several days in ICU. Fuzzy Navel:

  • 4 oz. skim milk
  • 4 oz. (reduced calorie) orange juice
  • 2 scoops Vi-Shape shake mix
  • 1 cup peach slices (frozen or canned)
  • 6 ice cubes.
  • Blend & Enjoy!

Orange Pomegranate:

  • 8 oz. orange juice
  • 4 oz. pomegranate juice
  • 2 scoops Vi-Shape shake mix
  • 5 ice cubes
  • Blend & Enjoy!

Fruity Shakes

 

Im not a huge fan of milk so I definitely enjoy drinking my Visalus shakes with recipes that do not include milk. Here are two good ones you can try if you dont want to drink milk with every shake. I am going to do a review section of Visalus shakes soon so bookmark the site and check back soon!

Peach Banana:

  • 2 scoops Vi-Shape shake mix
  • 8-12 oz. Peach Orchard Punch (get at Walmart)
  • 3 strawberries
  • Ice. Blend. Enjoy!

Hawaiian Apple:

  • 2 oz. unsweetened apple juice
  • 4 oz. water
  • 2 scoops Vi-Shape shake mix
  • ½ cup unsweetened apple juice
  • 1/2 tsp. coconut extract
  • Ice (about 7 cubes). Blend.

Lemonade

 

Tip: If you are tired of making your shakes / smoothies and cleaning the blender everyday, double the recipe and stick the rest in the freezer. When youre ready, just unthaw and go!

Heres a great lemonade Visalus shake recipe that is very easy and you can enjoy over and over. This shake is perfect for summer heat, much healthier and just as good as those frozen slushies from those other places. This is one your kids will love!

Cherry Lemonade:

  • 6 oz Crystal Light lemonade mix
  • 2 scoops Vi-Shape shake mix
  • 1 c frozen dark sweet cherries
  • Add Ice. Blend. Enjoy!

Heres a good dessert recipe that will satisfy your hunger cravings and keep you from going by the Dairy Queen after dinner.

Blueberry Cheesecake Recipe:

  • 6 oz almond milk

  • 20 frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 oz fat-free cream cheese
