I am obsessed with banana nut bread and Im so quick to bake a quick and easy pack of muffins then slap some butter on top but this shake is worth the effort and tastes soooo yummy! This is my new absolute obsession! I just made a big batch of these (they keep for a week or two in ziplocks) and will eat for breakfast or quick snacks when I dont have time or dont feel like cooking. These no bake energy bites are easy to make and very tasty! Try them with your visalus shake mix and start your New Years resolution off the right way! Be healthy and be happy in 2013! Happy New Year!

No Bake Energy Bites Recipe

- 1 cup oatmeal

- 1/2 cup peanut butter (I use my other osbession – PB2)

- 1/3 cup honey

- 1 cup coconut flakes

- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed

- 2 scoops Visalus Shake Mix

- 1 tsp vanilla

Combine all ingredients and roll into balls. Chill and serve!

Peach Shake Recipe:

2 Scoops ViSalus Vi-Shape Nutritional Shake Mix
3/4 Cup Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt
1 Cup Peach Slices (frozen or canned)
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
8 oz. Water
5 Ice Cubes
Blend well and enjoy!!!

Lemon Meringue Pie:

1 cup milk (skim, soy, or almond)

2 scoops of Vi-Shape Shake Mix

1/2 cup of crushed ice
2 tablespoons vanilla yogurt

1 tablespoon lemon pudding mix (sugar free fat free)

Blend well and enjoy!!

Add a Lemon Neuro packet for an energy boost!

Apple Pie Shake: (great dessert for kids!)

8 oz. Skim Milk

3 tbsp. Unsweetened Apple Sauce
